Key Ideas - The Leader Who had no Title

"Victims recite problems. Leaders present solutions."

"Nobody succeeds beyond his wildest expectations unless he or she begins with some wild expectations"

Internal Locus of Control - Channel your "Inner Leader" (we all have it)

1. You need no title to be a leader.

2. Tough time build great leaders- you need to be CHALLENGED (i.e.: step outside your comfort zone).

3. Deeper your relationships - Strengthen your leadership (i.e.: Love).

4. To become a great leader, become a great person (i.e.: know who you are and have values).

Again...Habits, Habits, Habits

"...leaders are those individuals who do the things that failures aren’t willing to do—even though they might not like doing them either. They have the discipline to do what they know to be important—and right..."

Again...Action, Action, Action

"....masters become masters because they had the courage and conviction to act on ideas.... A genius idea alone has zero value. What makes it priceless is the quality of the follow-through and the speed of execution around the genius idea."

It doesn't have to be huge action, baby-steps will suffice.

Again....Get Out of Your Comfort Zone

We need to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.

Growth lives at the boundaries of our comfort zone.

Charity & How to Add Value

"....a lot of us have forgotten that the whole game is about relationships—and human connections."

You need to love and care for others....how can you be an asset to their existence?
